2. Using this service

By creating an account and using this booking platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may book activities on behalf of children or dependants under your care.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate personal information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

4. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking is a commitment to attend the booked session. We may contact you if sessions are rearranged or cancelled.

When booking on behalf of a child or young person, you confirm that you have parental responsibility or appropriate authority to do so.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

Account credit, once added, can be used towards future bookings. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be returned as account credit unless otherwise agreed.

The Well Foundation reserves the right to amend activity prices. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking through your account. Cancellation terms may vary by activity. If we need to cancel a session, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

7. Gift Aid

As a registered charity, The Well Foundation can claim Gift Aid on eligible payments made by UK taxpayers. By completing a Gift Aid declaration, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that the tax you pay is at least equal to the amount claimed.

You can withdraw your Gift Aid declaration at any time through your account.

8. Behaviour and safety

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, instructors, and other participants. The Well Foundation reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.

9. Liability

The Well Foundation takes reasonable steps to ensure activities are safe and well-supervised. However, participation in physical activities carries inherent risk. By booking, you acknowledge this and confirm that you (or the person you are booking for) are fit to participate.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property at our venues.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
